Barbara Ann Heegan is a Graduate of SUNY Oneonta and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies. She also earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix-Online. She has worked for the American Red Cross September 11, Recovery Program in NYC as a Family Support Specialist directly supporting the families affected by 9/11.

Prior to joining the Plains at Parish Homestead team, Barbara Ann served as Director of Volunteers for Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, NY. She is an active member of Rotary International.

Barbara Ann shares the organization’s passion for providing lifelong learning opportunities and creative housing options for active adults. Her principle role is to share the benefits of our Active Adult Community through group presentations, one-one meetings with interested individuals and being active in Oneonta and the surrounding community.
