Candidate will provide overall direction and successful operation of the Dining Services Department to a multi-level senior housing residence. Prepare meals and manage the operation of the Dining Services Department to include staffing, food ordering, menu planning, preparation, delivery and sanitation in accordance with Department of Health and community standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in related field. Training in food service management, culinary arts, or equivalent experience. One year supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of computers.

Candidate will assist the Executive Director in the daily operations of a multi-level senior housing residence in accordance to Department of Health regulations and the community policy and procedures. This candidate will also be responsible for human resource functions, business services functions inclusive of bookkeeping, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll. There also will be required to assist in the oversight of other departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
A degree in related field and/or 2 or more years experience working in a healthcare or geriatric field. Supervisory experience necessary. Preferred knowledge in human resources, payroll, book keeping. Knowledge of Department of Health regulations and standards for assisted living.

Candidate will be responsible for planning and directing a comprehensive and diversified program of activities. The Program is designed to offer opportunities for participation in a variety of activities that meet the physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs of the residents. Will supervise an activity coordinator for the Memory care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in recreation or related field or two full time years experience in an activities field involving program development with a dependent population. Working knowledge of computers. Valid driver’s license in good standing.
