Who is The Plains Operated by?
ThePlains at Parish Homestead is owned and operated by Living Communities, LLC, an innovative developer of active adult and senior housing products which specializes in meeting the diverse needs and interests of our clients.

What is an active adult community?
The Plains at Parish Homestead caters to individuals who are 55 and older and explores a lifestyle which encourages growth, learning and expanding one's creativity. Community members will be able to take advantage of multiple social and recreational opportunities at The Plains and enjoy the cultural, social and athletic opportunities that the Oneonta community has to offer.

This active view of life invites a host of opportunities which includes lifelong learning, recreational, social and cultural programs.

What types of services are availible to the community?
Services are tailored to meet the individual desires and needs of our community members and are included in the monthly rental cost for apartment and assisted living residents. These services are available on an a la carte basis to patio homeowners and include housekeeping and linen service, maintenance, transportation, fine dining, wellness center and salon.

Is there is availibity?
